Why is there a start up fee?

Your $75 start-up fee/buy-in guarantees your competitive price for fuel!

What locations do you deliver to?

We currently serve zip codes 32080, 32084, and 32086. If you have a need outside of these zips, don’t worry just give us a call and we will accommodate your needs if possible!

Can you deliver fuel to my gated community?

Yes! Just type the gate code in the comment section of the app
or simply tell your gate attendant we are enroute!

How do you price your fuel?

We source our fuel from the long standing fuel distributor in town and our competitive prices are based on the local gas stations in the area. 

What fuel types do you offer?

We offer “Regular 87 Octane” and “Ethanol Free REC-90.” Stay tuned because Diesel is coming soon! 

Where is Stay Fueled LLC?

Founded in St. Augustine, Florida and delivering to zip codes 32080, 32084, 32086, and 32095.

What type of locations do you deliver to?

Stay Fueled will deliver to your home, work, gym, or dock as long as there are no rules/laws at the designated location restricting our delivery. 

What are the delivery times?

Simply open the APP and choose the day/time window for your delivery! 

How will you access my gas cap?

Most vehicles manually open and close, but if your cap locks simply leave it open and we will close it after your delivery. 

How will you locate my car?

Within the app you will provide us with a photo of your vehicle(s), tag number, and other identifying features. Stay Fueled will be sure to match the tag and car to your order before fueling. You will also have the option to add notes in the details of your order. Our driver will contact you via phone or app if they are having issues finding your car. 

How do I pay?

All payments will be collected through the app and processed within a secure payment platform creating a hassle free delivery. 

How do I get my receipt?

All of your orders will be saved within the app for you to review at all times. \

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

At Stay Fueled, we strive to provide our customers with the best mobile fuel delivery service possible. We understand plans can change, and our cancellation process is as straightforward as it gets. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation Window: Customers may cancel their fuel delivery order without penalty up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. 

2. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of $10 will be added to your account if within the 1 hour delivery time.   This fee is to ensure the stability of deliveries and to keep our customers fueled. 

3. How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact Judd or Molly at 904-501-4909, email us at judd@stayfueled.com / molly@stayfueled.com, or simply utilize our app. Please provide your order number and the details of your cancellation.

4. Refunds: In cases where a refund is needed, the fee will be added to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. 

5. Exceptions: We understand emergencies may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy, please reach out to Judd or Molly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. This is a local family business and as our customer, you are our family too. 

6. Policy Changes: Stay Fueled reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes and yes! We have both especially for our military and first responders!
